COVID-19 Unlawful Detainer (Eviction) Mediation

If you are a tenant or a landlord that has been impacted by COVID-19, our non-profit organization and team of volunteer Mediators are available to help you. We will work with both sides so the parties can come up with a resolution that allows people to remain in their homes and avoid further litigation or work out a solution that works for everyone.

However, please remember both parties (the tenant and the landlord) have to agree to participate in this free mediation. We will be conducting the majority of these mediations over the phone or via Zoom.

Statement Regarding Black Lives Matter

The Congress of Neutrals shares in the collective hurt regarding the dehumanizing treatment and violence against the Black community and the recent killings of Tyre Nichols as well as George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, Rayshard Brooks, along with an untold number of others at the hands of law enforcement officials commissioned with the care and safety of our community. We unequivocally believe that: Black Lives Matter. We acknowledge that systematic injustice and racism within American society exists and we stand for its elimination in all forms.
