The entire Application process requires the following\u00a0four steps:<\/p><p>STEP ONE (Paperwork and Deposit): Fill out the Application (below, or download the form <a href=\"https:\/\/congressofneutrals.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/40-hour-mediation-training-flyer-2026-1.pdf\">here<\/a>) and submit it to the Congress of Neutrals. Submit a non-refundable pre-registration fee of $50 and <a href=\"mailto:contact@congressofneutrals.org\">email<\/a> a copy of your current resume for our review. Payment may be made online using the link below (Select MMP Non-refundable Pre-registration Deposit Option in the PayPal menu below) or by check mailed and made payable to \u201cThe Congress of Neutrals.\u201d (See Contact Information below).<\/p><p>STEP TWO:\u00a0 Wait for a call or email from our MMP Coordinators to schedule an interview and to discuss mediation training options.<\/p><p>STEP THREE:\u00a0 After the interview and upon acceptance into the program, pay the $550 balance using the link below (Select MMP Payment Balance Option in the PayPal menu below) or by check mailed and made payable to \u201cThe Congress of Neutrals.\u201d (See address below).<\/p><p>STEP FOUR:\u00a0\u00a0We will set up a schedule with you and your mediation mentor at a branch court. This will include a six session mediation training to include:\u00a0 an orientation as to protocols and court-required forms prior to the court\u2019s calendar, shadowing the mediations with your mediation mentor; co-mediating with the mediation mentor, trainee-led mediations with the mentor observing and post-mediation discussion between you and your mentor.<\/p><p>Fees:\u00a0Non-refundable
